Heaven is a believer’s eternal home, but our daily life is right in the middle of this earthly moment. This class is designed to allow believers to explore (using the Bible, classic movies, and popular music) some nagging questions about the issues we face in life from a biblical perspective. Some of the issues we will explore will include: your created design and how you joyfully experience it; recognizing your calling in work; how family life creates a theological framework; breaking the cyclical pattern of generational sin; how worship can be understood as a lifestyle; and carrying out what Paul taught the Colossian church to “keep seeking the things above, where Christ is…” (3:1).
